This is as simple and delicious as it sounds. The key is to use good quality produce.  

FIG AND GOATS CHEESE ON SOURDOUGH

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS 

4 slices of walnut and fruit sourdough
100g goats cheese
6 figs
Good quality honey for drizzling
  

METHOD

Toast sourdough until light golden. 

Smear or crumble goats cheese over toast. 

Slice figs in half lengthways and position on goats cheese. 

Drizzle over honey.
